I am adding a additional give away so we will have two winners total. I might get creative and make a couple more of these book marks before the end of the give away but for now here is the one that is up. I decided I would make something that would show what my blog is about and lacking a working printer this is what I came up with.

I call this dream.

ReplyDeleteI have to say when I first saw the side bar where it said homophobic, I almost left the page. I thought you were going to be homophobic and I couldn't even waste two minutes on what you would have to say. I was relieved to see that you were not homophobic.
It was disgusting and sickened me to see all the young people who were murdered. Horrible. I am also sorry that you had to experience ridiculing at school.

I love felting and this piece is beautiful! I've also read your blog- AMEN! I think it's time our educators were educated. Bullying should not be tolerated on any level. You can't control discrimination that lives in the hearts of so many people but you can punish the bulliers. As my husband once told me (we're a bi-racial couple and yes there are still many that look down on us) we are not responsible for other peoples ignorance!
